Before hardwood installation
Before your hardwood flooring installation day, there are a few steps you need to take to make sure your room is ready for our installation crew. Remove all furniture, décor, and empty closets in the room where your new flooring will be installed. Arrange for your old floor covering to be removed. Make sure your subfloor is ready for installation, including removing any debris or dirt from the surface.
During & after hardwood installation
On installation day, prepare to be home and available to answer any questions. Make plans to keep pets and children away from the rooms where your hardwood flooring is being installed. Our crews will work efficiently to install your hardwood.
Once your hardwood installation is complete, there are a few things to remember. You may want to run a fan or open your windows to remove any smells associated with the installation. Prepare to stay off your new hardwood for a period of time to let your flooring settle before bringing furniture and décor back into the room. After that period, you are ready to enjoy your new hardwood floors!
